What are your delivery times?

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once
processed, orders are shipped by the shipping option selected by the
customer at the point of check out.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary based on delivery time and distance. You can select the best shipping option during checkout with free shipping applied to all orders over $250.00.

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

Yes, We ship internationally. Including all 50 states, military bases and provinces.

How can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order send a prompt email to info@rabbitszn.com prior your order being shipped.

I placed an order then was refunded, what happened?

One of the items in your order may have been out of stock or we are currently unable to process the items.

Do you offer exchanges for faulty/damaged items?

Items damaged during transit are eligible for a refund or replacement. We must be notified within 48 hrs of the package delivery.

I received an email about a refund... when will the money be back in my account?

Refunds are usually processed in 3-7 business days. Please contact us or your bank if there are any issues to check for delays.

How do I return my product?

All sales are final. Returns are currently not accepted unless approved by our support team on a per case basis.

Customers can request a return label for exchange or by contacting us at info@rabbitszn.com.

Bodysuits, G-string style swimsuits, thongs, lingerie, and other intimate apparel are not eligible for exchange.
