All sales are final. Returns are currently not accepted unless approved by our support team. Customers can request an exchange or refund by contacting us at info@rabbitszn.com.

Refund Policy


All orders are FINAL sale. Refunds are only granted under review in which the customer must notify us that there is an issue with their order within 48 hours of receipt. All orders are eligible for a return or store credit if there is an issue with sizing.


Return Policy


Returns are eligible for unworn/unused items in their original form in which the customer can exchange for a different size or color. If the customer wishes to return for another item they will be issued a store credit in the form of an e-gift card.


Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within and shipped within 2 business days unless longer processing time is noted otherwise in the item description. Once processed, orders are shipped by the shipping option selected by the customer at the point of check out. Customers can track their order through the customer portal.
